The Elysian server, at the time known as Helios, was formed by Nyseus in September 2024. He managed the server alone until mid 2025 when the first staff were accepted in Elysian.

Since then, Elysian has been managed by a team of 4 with many support staff. The community has risen to 400-500 players, with around 3,000 downloads for the Elysian modpack and an active community that's only expected to increase.
